1. Agreement

By visiting this website or placing a pre-order for Preserve protein shots, you agree to these Terms of Use. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are placing your pre-order from a shipping address within the United States. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or submit a pre-order.

2. Pre-Orders

A Preserve pre-order is a reservation, not a completed sale. When you submit a pre-order, we save your payment method securely via Stripe and issue a zero-dollar authorization. No charge is made to your account at the time of reservation. The displayed pre-order price ($39 per 12-pack) is charged only when your order is fulfilled and ships.

Either party may cancel a pre-order before shipment. You may cancel at any time by using the one-click cancel link included in every email we send you. Cancelling removes your saved payment method; because no charge was made, no refund is issued. We may cancel pre-orders at our discretion, for example if the product launch is delayed or not feasible, and we will notify you promptly in that case. You will not be charged if we cancel.

The estimated ship date (October 2026, US only) is a good-faith projection for our first production run. It is not a guarantee. If the ship date changes materially, we will email you immediately, and you retain the right to cancel at no cost.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in US dollars. Pre-order pricing ($39 per 12-pack) is locked for customers who reserve before launch, regardless of any subsequent price changes. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors discovered before your order ships. If a correction would change your order total, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your reservation without charge.

4. Product Information

Preserve is a dietary supplement. The product formulation is in its final development phase; the full nutrition panel will ship with the product. Macros displayed on this site are targets based on our production specification and may vary slightly on the finished label.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or under the care of a physician, consult your doctor before using any dietary supplement.

5. Acceptable Use, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Automated scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized commercial use of site content is prohibited.

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and copy, is owned by or licensed to Preserve and may not be reproduced without written permission.

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Preserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the pre-order program.
