Pre-Order Policy

The short version

You are not charged today. At checkout we securely save your payment method with Stripe. The amount shown at checkout is charged only when your order ships.
Estimated shipping: October 2026, US addresses only. This is a good-faith estimate for a first production run; if it changes, we email you immediately.
Cancel anytime before shipping using the one-click link in any email from us. Cancelling deletes your saved payment method. Because you were never charged, there is nothing to refund.
Price lock: your pre-order price ($39 per 12-pack, and bundle equivalents) will not increase, even if launch pricing does.
If we can't ship because the launch is delayed materially or cancelled, we notify you and you are simply never charged.
